I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean suite made me feel right at home. The staff were attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The hotel's location just on the other side of the Arno from the town center was perfect for me - close to everything without all of the stress of the city centre. I could easily walk to the main sights of this city and enjoy the beautiful views along the way. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and the staff serving it were really good.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel in the heart of Florence. The location was perfect, in a quiet part of the city but still in the center, close to all the major attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious food, including cheese and pastries. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace with breathtaking city views and a gym for staying active.
The gym could use some newer equipment to enhance the workout experience.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me with its luxurious interiors and impeccable service. the room was spacious, with exclusive amenities and private facilities that fulfilled all of my needs. I especially loved the bar/lounge area, where I relaxed in the evening with a drink and enjoyed the peaceful ambiance.
The only minor issue I encountered was the location, which was slightly further away from the city center than I had expected. this was quickly resolved by the helpful staff who provided me with a map and directions to easily navigate the area.

The old palace experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge and clean exclusive suite. Historic atmosphere. Beautiful salon decorations. Location near city centre. Attentive staff.
For us it was ideal.
